After Enrollment
After we receive the applicant's enrollment form and tuition we will notify you when the student is accepted into the Academy.
Transcript Request
Upon acceptance into the Academy we will send a Transcript Request Form that you must fill out and take to the student's previous school. They will send the Academy the student's current transcripts.
Diagnostic Testing
The Academy will send diagnostic tests that the student will be required to complete. These tests will determine what the student's academic level is. The student must have adult supervision while taking the tests and must use a pencil.
Start Learning!
Once the tests have been graded and the student's academic level has been identified, the Academy will send the first set of books. There will be 5 subjects--Math, English, Social Studies, Science, and an elective. The student will have 3 weeks to complete each set of books.
The curriculum is a self-taught book curriculum which means the student learns by reading the books and completing the workbook. The student is only allowed to use a pencil. After the workbook is completed the parent will give the test to the student. The student must have adult supervision while taking each test.
Upon completion of all tests in the set, send the set (including books and tests) to the Academy where it will be graded. The next set of books will then be sent to you.
